Once the U.S. pulled out of Afghanistan, a small Sub Rosa taliban formed over time. Perchiva was the main leader of the Sub Rosa Taliban (which will be referred to as the Dodge S.R.T. in this article), going as far as to buy grenades and sacrifice himself to Allah while blowing up other people for days on end. He would rarely use guns, but the Dodge S.R.T. tends to only use AK-47's and play foreign music as they go around.
On August 29th, 2021, Sator formed a temporary refugee camp. First station was currently in shambles, so he gathered people into vans and brought them to the camp. There, they began praying to Allah and made a drawing of Mecca to pray to. Eventually, 4 of them ended up getting in a hatchback, armed with nades and AK-47's, and commited terrorist attacks on spawn themselves.
